For over 10 years I have enjoyed fostering a community centered on leadership and personal accountability, which has allowed us to see great successes among our team. The evolution of our processes over time has been truly outstanding in cultivating strong client relationships, fostered by consistency in high caliber products and integrity in our practices.

More than half my life has been dedicated to building Dana Poly not only by building relationships with my heart but with excellence in mind.  My goal has been to expand our company through the decades, increasing opportunity with incredible service, the best quality, and lasting partnerships.  Also, to earn industry status as the national choice for polyethylene products. We are proudly rising with much credit to our amazing sales force, our leadership team and the Rosner family. 

Every day I look forward to coming into work to share my knowledge and expertise in sales and as well Poly bags and film along with many other products Dana Poly has to offer. My daily goal is to provide the best experience any client comes to Dana Poly to get quotes on products and build lasting partnerships that will last a lifetime. I look forward to being led by our strategic leadership team and the Rosner family.

Charles brings a fresh perspective and infectious energy to every client relationship. His emphasis on teamwork, trust and tolerance for helping clients focus on their opportunities, build their capabilities to be the best that they can be. His main priority is to make sure he meets and exceeds all customers’ expectations with white glove service.

Stephanie joined the firm to coincide with the grand opening of our Dover location. She has become a huge asset to the organization and our clients. She has achieved proficiency in office management and logistics.

Joining our team less than a year ago, Brigitte has been responsible for scheduling and tracking shipments. Including creating shipping documents, such as invoices and bill of ladings. As well as keeping all records of any incoming and outgoing shipments. Her main priority has always been placing the customers first. While providing them with information they need and the guidance to who they may need to speak to.

Part of our customer service team, Laura helps with customer calls and provides information about our many products and services. She is a helpful member of our team that aids with duties such as order entry and customer follow-up. No matter the circumstance, she'll always put the needs of the customer first!
